Squarecore Ltd aims to provide high quality digital and technical services. Refunds are issued only in specific circumstances as outlined below.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered when:
• A service was not delivered as agreed
• A duplicate payment was made
• A cancellation request is submitted before any work has begun
Refunds will not be provided for changes of mind, partial completion due to client delay, or dissatisfaction arising from a failure to provide required information.
Process for Requesting a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing using the official contact channels. Requests will be reviewed within a reasonable timeframe, and any approved refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Non Refundable Services
Custom development work, consultancy hours already delivered, digital assets, and subscription periods that have already commenced are considered non refundable.
